Terms and Conditions:

This promotion is exclusively available to active members of our designated Alignable business network groups

Referrers must register with ABQMSP before or at the time of referral, providing their Alignable profile information and contact details

Referral bonus is paid only after the referred customer has successfully completed onboarding and has been active for a minimum of 30 days

The referred customer must be a new client who has not previously engaged with ABQMSP services or been referred by another source

Referrals must result from genuine business relationships or networking connections, not mass marketing or spam activities

Maximum of 10 referral bonuses per network member within any 12-month period to ensure program sustainability and prevent abuse

Referrer bonus will be paid via check or direct deposit within 45 days of the referred customer meeting all eligibility requirements

New customer credit ($100) will be applied to their account upon successful completion of onboarding and can be used toward future services

Self-referrals and referrals of businesses owned or controlled by the referrer are not permitted

ABQMSP reserves the right to verify all referrals, review networking relationships, and determine eligibility at its sole discretion

Referrals deemed suspicious, fraudulent, made in bad faith, or not consistent with genuine business networking may be denied without explanation

This promotion may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at ABQMSP's sole discretion with reasonable notice to registered participants

Referral bonuses may be subject to IRS Form 1099 reporting requirements; recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes

Employees of ABQMSP and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate as referrers

If multiple network members claim the same referral, the bonus will be awarded to the documented first referrer based on registration date and time
